La obra «Itinerarios de la resistencia: 58 eran 83» nace de un gesto tan simple como desafiante: trazar una línea recta entre dos refugios vitales —montaña y ciudad— y comprometerse a recorrerla a pie sin desviarse. Lo que comienza como una proyección ideal (58) se ve alterado por la complejidad del territorio, transformándose en un trayecto posible (83) con sus quiebres, desvíos y descubrimientos.

El recorrido se traduce en un bosque de columnas-tótem que condensan capas de materia, memoria y esfuerzo. A ellas se suman cuatro esculturas que encarnan los estados del viaje: andar, hacer, vigilar, descansar. Caminar se convierte en una forma de pensamiento encarnado, donde el cuerpo mide el espacio, registra la memoria y deja huella. La obra resulta así una cartografía sensible, donde lo físico y lo simbólico se entrelazan.

Es una propuesta íntima, que rehúye las dicotomías entre naturaleza y ciudad, proponiendo en cambio una forma de habitar que reconcilie ambas materias. Más que un trayecto, es una toma de postura: seguir caminando, seguir tocando tanto el barro como el cemento, seguir enfrentando el territorio sin renunciar al asombro ni a la incertidumbre. 

[ENG] The work «Itineraries of Resistance: 58 were 83« is born from a gesture as simple as it is challenging: to draw a straight line between two vital refuges — mountain and city — and commit to walking it without deviation. What begins as an ideal projection (58) is altered by the complexity of the terrain, transforming into a possible route (83) with its ruptures, detours, and discoveries.

The journey is translated into a forest of totem-columns that condense layers of matter, memory, and effort. To these are added four sculptures that embody the states of the journey: walking, making, watching, resting. Walking becomes a form of embodied thinking, where the body measures space, records memory, and leaves a trace. The work thus becomes a sensitive cartography, where the physical and the symbolic intertwine.

It is an intimate proposal, one that avoids dichotomies between nature and city, instead proposing a way of inhabiting that reconciles both realms. More than a route, it is a stance: to keep walking, to keep touching both clay and concrete, to keep confronting the land without renouncing wonder or uncertainty.
